ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

Please review the following notes before submitting your abstract(s):

  1. Abstracts should not exceed 400 words
  2. All authors should be included for each abstract submission
  3. The presenting author must be clearly identified and, once the abstract and paper are accepted, must register and attend the conference to present their work
  4. Abstracts should be informative and include the knowledge area, the problem or purpose, the intended audience, the underlying methodological approach, the results, conclusions and their significance
  5. Abstracts may be submitted to only one conference session (general, environmental, materials, structures, or transportation)
  6. Authors must identify their intent to present either a poster or presentation

All abstracts will be peer-reviewed and decisions on acceptance forwarded to authors per the technical program dates.

Abstracts that are selected for presentation at the Annual Conference or Specialty Conferences will be expanded to either an extended 2-page abstract OR an 8- to 10-page paper for the official conference proceedings. Templates will be provided in early December 2020.

Case Studies may be accepted with only an abstract submitted.

Authors whose abstracts are selected for presentation at the Annual Conference general or Specialty Conferences will receive notification by January 2021.

Only abstracts are required at this time. Please do not upload your full paper.
Thank you!
