Springer is the publishing company who is publishing the proceedings which  will be indexed on SCOPUS. Springer has much due diligence with regards to fact checking and the preparations of the proceedings before they can be produced and sent to SCOPUS. When ready, the links will be sent directly to you.

Final abstract submission deadline: Dec. 18, 2020 (Now Closed)

Abstract acceptance: Jan. 22, 2021

Full paper submission deadline: March 19, 2021

Full paper acceptance: April 23, 2021
Please note that your should have your review result by April 22nd.

CUT OFF DATE – May 14th, 2021
Paper presenters must register and pay for their conference by May 14th in order to be included in the conference program. Although you may still register for the conference after the May 14, 2021 deadline, paper presenters who are not registered by the deadline, will still have an opportunity to display their paper in the gallery and be included in the proceedings but are not guaranteed a speaking opportunity.

  1. Springer Nature reserves the right to conduct final quality checks on the papers submitted. Only papers that pass these checks will be published.
  2. Publishing Information: The proceedings will be published as volumes of the Springer flagship proceedings series Lecture Notes in Civil Engineering. This series is indexed in Scopus and EI Compendex.
  3. Complimentary Access Rules:
    1. A time limited complimentary access for 6 weeks will be provided to all registered participants of the conference via a secure area on the conference webpage. This will be activated after all volumes are published.
    2. All authors will receive complimentary ebook access for the volume their paper is published in. This access is automatically granted when the email ids of authors are included in the manuscript. The access email is sent 4-8 weeks after the publication of the volumes This is an automated process and cannot be manually retriggered. Please ensure that authors have whitelisted [email protected]. Authors should also check their spam/junk folders periodically after the volumes are published. Authors who already have a MySpringer account with the email id they have provided, will not receive an access email. Authors can log into their MySpringer account and the ebook will appear on their dashboard after the time described above.
